No Hate
Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, and other forms of hate will not be tolerated under any conditions. Violators will be banned.
ID Check
ID’s will be checked by Azelian Staff & Volunteers upon entry to the party floor at the elevators and appropriate tags will be issued. Your con badge does not count as age verification. Anyone without an identification tag will be assumed to be under 18 until they visit ID check. For security purposes, age identification tags will be swapped each night.
Respect
Respect the space and property. Property theft or damage will be reported to convention security and punished appropriately.
Service
Hosts reserve the right to refuse drinks or entry to anyone. For safety purposes, guests that appear overly intoxicated may be asked to leave the floor.
Substances
Do not use/sell/trade any illicit substances on-premises. Party Hosts and Azelian Staff & Volunteers will be required to report any violations to con staff. No Vapes or Weed within rooms per hotel policy.
Dress Code
Dress Code within rooms is decided on a per-host basis. Within the hall of the 9th floor, clothing must comply with convention policy.
Age Restriction
Age limitations for entry are decided by individual party hosts. Please respect these restrictions. Any individuals who refuse to comply with entry restrictions to rooms will be banned from the party floor and reported to convention staff.
Adult Content
Some parties may be NSFW in nature. These parties have a minimum age requirement of 18 and potential additional restrictions imposed by hosts. Any minor found attempting to enter an NSFW room party will be removed from the party floor and reported to con staff.
Alcohol
Some parties may serve liquor to guests or allow guests to bring their own. Guests must be 21+ to drink. We are required to report any infractions to convention staff who may be required to report underage drinking to law enforcement.
Con Affiliation
Party Hosts and organizations are not directly affiliated with Heartland Howloween or Azelian Events, and neither organization is liable for the actions of any hosts. However, if any host’s actions violate convention or Azelian policy or local laws or cause direct harm to guests, please feel free to report these actions to Azelian Staff & Volunteers for intervention.

Must be 21+ to drink. Themed drinks will be available. Mocktails will be provided to guests who are not of age or do not wish to drink liquor Limit 2 drinks per guest per night. BYOB is allowed. Unattended drinks will be tossed for safety purposes.

Open Decks available. DJ’s must bring their own decks. When DJ’s are not present, our team has curated a playlist for your enjoyment.
Dress Code
No full nudity allowed. Clothing must cover private areas at minimum. Dressing down is allowed and encouraged so feel free to bring some revealing rave fits. Costumes encouraged.
Consent
Azelian Events adheres to a strict policy of consent. Nudity and explicit sexual acts are not allowed in the room but touching is allowed WITH consent. A consent marking system will be displayed throughout the room. If you would like to be marked, see a host. If a guest does not have a consent marker, always ask first before touching in any capacity. Regardless of consent markings, guests reserve the right to revoke consent at any time. If someone tells you to stop, please stop. If you do not respect the rules of consent, you will be removed immediately. Please see a host if any guests fail to respect your boundaries.
Safe Space
Azelian Events strives to maintain a safe space at all of its events. Use of any illicit substances within the room is not allowed, however our staff will have narcan on hand in case of emergency.

Drinks are not allowed within the ballroom per convention and hotel policy. Guests may enter and leave at any time to have drinks in their room or the Grille attached to the hotel.

No full nudity allowed. Clothing must cover private areas at minimum. Dressing down is allowed and encouraged. Guests may wear kink gear and revealing outfits so long as private areas remain covered. If your outfit is particularly revealing we encourage you to wear a covering when traveling through the hall which may be removed upon entry.

Liability
Azelian Events is not liable for any injury that may occur due to failure to follow staff instructions, convention rules, or posted party regulations. If any guest causes damage to equipment or property, they will be held fully liable for the cost of damage.
